the inefficient govt sector..
am rather pissed now bcoz i've had my ear stuck to my handphone dialing the same number and listening to the same operator talking the same sentences for 1hour and still counting (coz i'm still trying to get to a human nt MACHINES) i have no idea why it's so hard to get to a human in that place.. calling the main line trying to get the customer service officer concludes to only one sentence, "thank you for holding.. our customer service officers are still busy you may continue to hold or call back later".. even if i call the direct line the MACHINE still directs me to voicemail after 1 hour... just wat rubbish is this??? and this is nt the first time i've called!!! the previous time i've tried calling also has the same results... ARGH!!!
