i'm back to work..

was on "leave" ytd and now i'm back to work... nt working for 1 day feels weird.. somehow i've to find something to keep myself occupied otherwise i'll feel very uneasy nt doing anything...

was browsing thru wikipedia and they have this article abt the recent "Capitol Hill massacre".. decided to read it to kill time and "woah!!" is my reaction.. it's much serious than wat i've imagined as the news in SG does not have much coverage abt it.. the guy actually had 12-gauge pistol-grip Winchester Defender shotgun and a .40-caliber semiautomatic Ruger handgun, and several bandoliers (over 300 rounds) worth of ammunition for the guns with him.. wats amazing is he had more in his truck.. it's juz like hell for those at the rave party..

the article also have links to either the victim's blog/myspace.. out of curiosity (or kpo) went to this myspace site of this victim.. was reading thru his blog and he had this "likes/dislikes" entry and for his worst fear he answered: "dying young" and he died at the age of 22.. i guess "someone up there" played a very very huge joke on him n those who died...

anywayz.. i might be forced to go on leave for the next few days (have no idea is how many days..) bcoz my manager thought my last day is fri and he could settle my extension stuff by then.. BUT.. it's my last day TODAY.. so we'll see how it goes at the end of the day..

i do appreciate the "forced" leave bcoz i could nv get myself to apply for leave for no reason.. it's juz a little frustrating that ppl dun get things done and i'm in the "pending" status.. hopefully they get things done before i leave the office.. haiz..

my head is aching sooo much since sat night.. finally there's like one fine monday where i'm free from monday blues but the headache REFUSE to go away.. and i'm feeling super sleepy now.. ARGH.. wats wrong with me?!?!?!

sucky weather today.. managed to rush hm from bedok interchange before it starts to rain... suppose to get things for myself but in the end i spend more on the tibits/blings blings for the dog.. hmm.. questionable action.. hahaa..

one more week before start of sch.. night class i mean.. bridging course is 7pm to 10pm, 3 times per week.. it sux... by the time i reach hm it will be 11.30pm.. and i've to work the next day.. haiz.. i shall endure all this for 2 months!!!!! shall learn to luv night classes for 2 months!

dream....

it sux.. have been dreaming of daddy quite a lot lately... in the dream everything is just like any other day before i was 14 except that in the dream i'm 20 yrs old but daddy is still 42 yrs old.. i like the time where each morning we'll have breakfast together before he sends me to sch.. when bad things happen, he will assure me that everything is fine bcoz he's there for me.. he's the one who bought my first and only keyboard although mom doesn't seems to like it.. he's the only parent that turns up at the ferry terminal to pick me up when i went for my first camp at pulau ubin.. he's also the one who taught me how to tie a tie and polish leather boots..

yeah.. i guess i juz miss him bcoz Qing Ming Festival is coming in a couple of weeks.. maybe..........

i ate too much...

went to SIM on sat morning to pay off my "debts" for the bridging course.. then waited for lin n celine to finish their mock exam and we headed down to ikea for lunch.. i ordered a spagetti, lin ordered the steak with mushroom sauce and celine ordered the salmon thingy.. thats nt the end we ordered 15 meatballs and 6 chicken wings.. wah............... hungry ghosts festival la..

then we went to orchard for some shopping.. well i guess it's more for me.. coz i'm the only one carrying 2 big bags.. bought a bag for sch, bought presents, bought wet tissues (yah.. haha) and something from BONDS.. cool..

then on the way back hm, me n lin decided to have "snack" session at this hong kong cafe at east coast road.. in the end, it became "eating mountain" session.. i had the portugese chicken bake rice, lin had the char siew noodle and we ordered one french toast.. the food is super yummy!! i drank the yuan yang drink (mix of coffee and tea), it taste much better than what i expected, the mango drink is good too.. i certainly will want to go back there and eat again.. hehe..

woke up on sunday morning feeling super full and decided to forgo breakfast n lunch.. went to bedok central with my mommy to make specs.. it's like damn cool coz my new specs only cost $80.. if not for the multi-coating, it will only cost $65... haha.. for those who's wondering whether i cheat my mom into paying for my specs, the ans is NO.. and she happily took money from me.. sad la... supposse to be nt eating lunch but in the end i had half a bowl of dumpling soup bcoz i'm hungry.. haha.. met sam n shu at 85 and ended drinking 2 mugs of beer.. i shld be real glad that this kind of food activities only happen once in a blue moon.. hehe..

my old injury on my left foot is acting up again.. haiz.. juz a little twist and i can feel the sharp pain.. maybe i shld juz walk like a robot.. -_-"

1) i have a birthmark that resembles a rose on my right thigh
2) i used to have very very small eyes, it was widened thru a operation when i was abt P5.. it's nt a cosmetic surgery but it was to prevent blindness.. well.. so much for small eyes..
3) i had single eyelids until sec sch where magically the double eyelids just form itself (signs of sagging skin?)
4) i luv small items from the machine where u insert a $1 coin and turn for the toy to dispense itself (yeah i know.. i'm childish, so wat? haha)
5) i get the flu bug very easily.. i could be perfectly fine the previous night and wake up the next day with blocked nose/running nose..
6) afraid of cold, that's y i have a jacket/sweater with me when i know i'll be in air-conditioned room for quite some time
7) i'm born dark.. asked my mommy abt it and she confessed that she drank too much coffee during her pregnancy period.. sad...

1) am rather "stretchable", due to the fact that i used to play wrestling with my bro.. (wat has happened to my childhood?!?!?)

3) can pick up verbs and words while watching jap and korean shows
4) i can ride a bicycle
5) i can read and write chinese well (it's nt a big deal but it's rather depressing that ppl who claim to be chinese can't read or write chinese)
6) i can play basketball, soccer, netball, badminton and frisbee
7) can play "mary had a litte lamb" on piano/keyboard/recorder.. (haha..)

1) i can't roller-blade. Period
2) i can't drive (for fear that i'll get lost in SG coz i'm an idiot in directions.. SAD)
3) cannot walk with high heels for long because of an old foot injury (well even if i do wear heels for the whole day, my foot will be sore for the whole night -_-")
4) cannot eat food that has overdose of coconut milk eg: curry/bobo charchar
5) nt able to draw.. i'm an kid when it comes to drawing coz i'll just draw like a KID
6) cannot stand not bathing for 1 day (how can miss my 1st step of de-stressing?)
7) can't eat turtle soup coz it's juz damn digusting and cruel to eat them
